Adobong sitaw with chicharon (string beans)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon oil

  • 1cup chicharon

  • 1 small onion, peeled and sliced thinly

  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced

  • 3 table spoon soy sauce

  • 3 table spoon water

  • 500 grams Sitaw (string beans) and cut 3inches long

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1 teaspoon sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until lightly browned.

  2. add union and cook.

  3. then add sitaw or (string beans) let it cook for about 2 minutes.

  4. Add soy sauce and water and pepper and cook for few minutes.

  5. add sugar lastly add the chicharon and cook for 1 minutes. turn off the heat transfer and serve.

  6. enjoy
