INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 tablespoon oil
1cup chicharon
1 small onion, peeled and sliced thinly
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
3 table spoon soy sauce
3 table spoon water
500 grams Sitaw (string beans) and cut 3inches long
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
In a skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add garlic and cook until lightly browned.
add union and cook.
then add sitaw or (string beans) let it cook for about 2 minutes.
Add soy sauce and water and pepper and cook for few minutes.
add sugar lastly add the chicharon and cook for 1 minutes. turn off the heat transfer and serve.
