Ingredients:

For the noddles

* 1/2 pack Palabok noodles stick

* Water

For the Toppings

* 7 pcs. Shrimp boiled

* 2 pcs. Egg boiled and slice

* 1 cup chicharon Crushed

* 1 cup napa cabbage shredded and boiled

For the Sauce

* 1 1/2 tbs. Garlic minced

* 2 tbs oil

* 1 pc. Medium size Union minced

* 600g. Ground Chicken

* 2 tbs. Anatato seed or powder

* 2 tbs. Fish Sauce

* 2 tbs. Cornstarch mix in the water

* 1/2 tsp Ground Black Pepper

* 1/2tsp salt

* 3/4 cup shrimp juice

Instructions

1.Cook the noodles according to package instructions. set aside.

2. Start making the sauce by sautéing the minced garlic and onion.

3. add the Ground Chicken and cook for 3 minutes.

4. Add fish sauce and ground black pepper then stir.

5. Pour-in shrimp juice and annatto water and let boil.

6. Add crushed chicharon then stir.

7.Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

8. add the cornstarch and mix. then turn off heat.

9.Place the cooked noodles in a large bowl then pour-in the sauce and mix well.

10.Transfer the sauce and noodle mixture in a wide serving plate and arrange the crushed chicharon, eggs, and cabbage, shrimp on top.
